Refund Policy

Sale on Platform

A Sale is final sale as it has executed from your panel which is provided by PayKiosk and payment has been deducted for such sale. As a sale is done anytime by your panel/App no refund or exchange or cancellation will permitted. You are responsible for information provided by you for purchase and all charges that result from those purchases.

If a transaction performed by you on the website, money has been charged by your card or bank account and a recharge is not delivered within 24 hours of completion of your transaction then you may inform us by sending an email to our customer services support@paykiosk.in. PayKiosk shall investigate that incident and if it is found that money was charged without delivery of the recharge then money will be refunded to you within 7 working days.

The value/amount stored on your PayKiosk Wallet shall NOT be refunded at any circumstances and may only be utilized to make payments to use our services available in your login panel.

Who can get a refund?

PayKiosk refunds if payment is successfully credited to PayKiosk Wallet, but user is not able to get recharge/transfer money. But in such cases the refund will only be made to your PayKiosk wallet.

How to request a refund?

Mail us at support@paykiosk.in or raise a ticket from your PayKiosk App/Web Panel and mention clearly your current PayKiosk Wallet balance and what problem you are facing.

Registration Services:

Once you pay PayKiosk a fee for any subscription/Service activation and we register you as a Merchant then we will not refund Registration/Subscription fee in any circumstances.

Changes in Policy:

PayKiosk may at any time, without prior notice under its sole discretion, amend these policies from time to time. Your continued use of PayKiosk platform after any amendments automatically implies your acceptance.
